Reflective feedback conversation to support your professional growth
-
Prompt submission of verification results to the Council
Verification Visit Process
01
Pre-visit communication
You receive a clear outline of what to expect and how to prepare. We confirm your classroom age group, schedule, and portfolio status.
02
Visit Scheduling
We choose a day and time that works for your center’s routine. I arrive early enough to settle in and review your goals.
03
Classroom Observation
I will complete the 2-hour CDA observation while you teach as you normally do. You do not need to prepare a special lesson or demonstration.
04
Reflective Dialogue
We talk through your strengths, highlights from the visit, and next steps in your growth as an early childhood educator.
05
Verification Submission
I submit your results to the Council promptly so you can move forward in the CDA process without delay.
