Mental Health First Aid is designed for adults who want a practical approach for recognizing signs of mental health and substance use challenges, responding with a supportive conversation, and connecting people to help. This training fits workplaces, community groups, and organizations that want a shared response when concern comes up. The Higher Education and Public Safety versions are designed for campus and public safety settings and include tailored scenarios and guidance for those roles.

Adult Mental Health First Aid provides the core training for individuals and groups who want to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges and respond with a clear first step. The Higher Education and Public Safety versions include the same core content, along with scenarios and guidance specifically tailored to those settings.
